In its first-ever participation, the Yancheng Base achieved an excellent score of 84, successfully obtained the EcoVadis Gold Certification, and ranked among the top 5% of over 150,000 participating enterprises worldwide. Confirmed by a third-party professional institution, the Yancheng Base is the first enterprise in the new energy sector to win the Gold rating in its initial EcoVadis assessment, setting the best-ever record for first-time certification in the industry.

In this rating, the Yancheng Base delivered outstanding performance across all four core assessment dimensions, scoring 82 in Environment, 85 in Labor & Human Rights, 86 in Ethics, and 84 in Sustainable Procurement. Its full-dimensional management capabilities have reached the internationally advanced level. According to EcoVadis rating rules, the Gold Certification is only awarded to the top 5% of participating enterprises globally, making it one of the highest-level recognitions for an enterprise's sustainability performance. It is extremely challenging for a first-time participant to directly obtain the Gold Certification, and this achievement fully demonstrates Tongwei's solid foundation and systematic management capabilities in the field of sustainable development.

As a globally recognized assessment standard for corporate sustainability performance, the EcoVadis evaluation system is built on multiple international standards including the ISO 26000 Social Responsibility Standard, Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Guidelines, ILO Conventions, and UN Global Compact Principles. It covers over 200 industries and more than 180 countries, has provided rating services for over 150,000 enterprises worldwide, and more than 1,400 large multinational corporations use its rating results as the core basis for supply chain procurement decisions. The certified entity, the Yancheng Base, is Tongwei's core module manufacturing base in the Yangtze River Delta region, and currently the world's largest single-site module production base in the photovoltaic industry. It mainly produces high-efficiency TNC series modules. The base adopts a "5G+" digital management model to realize highly automated production across the entire process, and is at the industry-leading level in intelligent manufacturing and green manufacturing.
