The recently held symposium on private enterprises has once again reinforced everyone's development confidence, and once again emphasized to the whole society the contributions and indispensable role of the private economy and private enterprises in economic and social development. Private economy in the new era has more opportunities and is more timely than ever, and should be developed more vigorously and with greater freedom. In this process, it is necessary not only for private enterprises themselves to roll up their sleeves and work hard, but also for all sectors of society to create a relaxed and favorable public opinion environment, truly and correctly understanding that all forms of ownership are essential and important components of China's past, present, and future high-quality development. Effective institutional mechanisms and efficient enterprise operations are what can sustain the international competitiveness of China's industries, products, and capital, truly support sustained domestic economic improvement, and make the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation truly full of hope.

Currently, we can no longer avoid embracing the arrival of the artificial intelligence era. Moreover, embracing and applying it early may place us in a more favorable position for future development and industry standing. Therefore, for enterprises, industries, and the nation alike, participation is the only option — there is no avoidance; we must run ahead, not linger behind with the choice of whether to run or not. Chinese people lack neither wisdom nor mathematical and logical expertise. We possess globally leading inherent advantages in building systems, software, and hardware. If the domestic supply chain and industrial chain can provide effective support, it is possible for China's artificial intelligence to achieve overtaking just like the "New Three" — quickly surging ahead and leading the way.

Currently, the "New Three" — new energy vehicles, lithium batteries, and PV products — have become a major highlight of China's foreign trade. The wheels of history keep rolling forward. Oil, coal, and natural gas will gradually decline in use, and within two to three decades, their history as energy sources will become a thing of the past. In this energy transition, China's manufacturing sector will soon stand out, surpass all others, and become the world's number one manufacturing leader, forming a force that drives the globe.

In a team where everyone says hello, everyone applauds for you, and even applauds if they can't, whether it's the team leader, general manager, or chairman, as the leader, they should always think about when we should look in the mirror and see what problems we have; When should someone who dares to give you advice point out your shortcomings; When can we find a location ourselves and calibrate our coordinates. This is something that every person in charge, general manager, and chairman should consider when standing at a high place and feeling cold.

In the current social environment, in what way can we do better? In what rhythm can we outrun the competition? First of all, we need to be diligent. All things should be thought about, conceived, and solved from the bottom of our hearts. Secondly, we need to use wisdom. We need to learn more knowledge, understand more truths, and learn from the experiences and lessons of predecessors. We should put these into our brains and integrate them into our thoughts. On this basis, we also need to get up early and run well. We need to have the mental state of seizing every day. This is working diligently, working with wisdom, and working with the spirit of seizing every moment.

Management culture is an important moat for a company. If you receive business results and achievements today but lack the ability to improve, you may fall behind tomorrow and even have nothing to eat the day after tomorrow. Even if the original team is replaced, the lack of a good management culture will still become a problem. In fact, this invisible moat will become a very effective core driving force for sustained profitability, market ownership, and market occupation of enterprises. The core competitiveness of a company is complementary, whether it is technology or management culture, they need to constantly improve in order to make the company continue to do better and for longer!
