The Fourth Session of the 14th National People's Congress (NPC) will open in Beijing on March 5. At this year's Two Sessions, Mr. Liu Hanyuan, an NPC deputy, Vice Chairman of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce, and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Tongwei Group, will fully perform his duty as an NPC deputy to offer suggestions for governance.
