On June 30th, the "Craftsmanship Beyond · Microparticle Leading the Way — Unveiling Ceremony of Tongwei Agricultural Development Shrimp Feed Microparticle Production Base and Tongwei Beyond New Product Launch Event" was held at Jiangsu Tongwei.

The participating guests first visited the fry feed production workshop on site. The shrimp feed microparticle production line equipped in this project embodies Tongwei's years of technical accumulation in the shrimp feed field. At present, factory-based shrimp aquaculture is developing rapidly, and the quality of front-end fry feed directly determines the later breeding benefits. Against this background, relying on the R&D reserves of its technology system, Tongwei has designed the "Beyond" series of fry feed. This fry feed has been significantly improved in raw material screening, processing technology, nutritional level, functional effect and water quality stabilization, which helps to greatly increase the survival rate and success rate of shrimp fry during the intermediate rearing process.

Targeting the pain points of shrimp aquaculture, Tongwei has carried out in-depth formula improvement based on massive data of nutritional requirements of shrimp fry at various stages, iterated and upgraded on the basis of previous generations of fry feed, achieving all-round transcendence with more accurate nutrition, more comprehensive functions and more stable water quality. The "Tongwei Beyond" series of fry feed has established four core design principles: extreme water protection and stabilization, fresher raw materials, more comprehensive nutrition, and dual care of "nutrition + health care". At the nutritional level, the protein digestibility of the "Tongwei Beyond" series of fry feed is ≥94%, with gradual nutrition transition to achieve smooth feed conversion; at the functional level, it supplements various functional components and growth factors, protects the hepatopancreas and intestines of shrimp, enhances physique, and ensures the healthy and rapid growth of shrimp fry; at the technological level, it adopts microparticle technology and bionic three-dimensional suspension, with good water resistance, low powder content, easy for shrimp fry to ingest, good stability, which greatly improves the success rate of fry rearing.

In 2025, on the basis of the original investment of more than 200 million yuan in Jiangsu Tongwei, the Tongwei headquarters added an additional investment of 15 million yuan to build 4 new high-end fry feed production lines, which are exclusively produced by Jiangsu Tongwei and supplied to all shrimp feed subsidiaries of the group for sales.
