Through a series of targeted comparative experiments, it demonstrated to on-site customers how TNC 3.0 secures distributed asset safety with the investment logic of Low Loss, Fast Response, High Efficiency, Stable Output.


Detailed Breakdown of Three Core Technical Models

The TNC 3.0 module divides each cell into four parts. The four-way cell design reduces the operating current per cell, enabling more and smoother current paths inside the module.With lower current, internal power loss is significantly reduced. Compared with conventional TOPCon half-cell modules, internal thermal loss can be reduced by approximately 75%. This allows more solar energy to be converted into electricity, achieving both efficiency improvement and loss reduction.It notably enhances the photoelectric conversion efficiency and ensures more stable power generation performance of the power station during long-term operation.In terms of actual revenue, each 10,000 square meters of rooftop can generate additional power revenue of up to 241,000 yuan within 12 years.With its core advantages of high quality and higher power generation, it provides robust asset return support for distributed investments in the spot trading era.

Verifying Higher Power Generation Through Experiments

At the exhibition site, the anti-shading test of multi-cell modules and the leakage current comparison model of modules under low-light conditions simulated real application scenarios, further confirming the multi-scenario power generation capability of TNC 3.0.

Under low light of 200W/m², the TNC module can achieve a 2.71% higher performance than BC modules.According to data from the Yinchuan CPVT Verification Base, the TNC 3.0 module can generate 1.8% more electricity per day.

For power stations, superior low-light gain and anti-shading performance mean capturing more revenue during high electricity price periods in the morning and evening, maintaining stable output even in complex environments, and maximizing long-term asset value gains.

As Italy’s new photovoltaic fire protection regulations are officially aligned with the EU’s dual standards EN13501-1 and EN13501-5, the industry is facing stringent assessments of the fire performance of modules and rooftop systems.
