Recently, the Sichuan Provincial Department of Economy and Information Technology released the "Public Notice on the 2025 Provincial List for Green Manufacturing Gradient Cultivation." Following rigorous processes including enterprise self-application, municipal-level review and recommendation, and expert evaluation, Tongwei Solar Technology Jintang Base was awarded the title of "Provincial Green Factory" for its outstanding practices in energy decarbonization, resource efficiency, clean production, green product development, and land intensification. This recognition signifies that the base's green manufacturing capabilities have reached advanced levels within the province.

Since the initiation of its green factory creation campaign, the Jintang Base has established a comprehensive green management system in alignment with the "Interim Measures for Green Factory Gradient Cultivation and Management" and the "Action Plan for Green and Low-Carbon Development in Manufacturing (2025-2027)." In energy utilization, the base has deployed photovoltaic power stations to increase renewable energy input. For resource recycling, it has implemented industrial water circulation treatment systems to enhance water reuse rates. During production, the energy-carbon management system enables real-time monitoring of equipment and energy consumption metrics. Through process optimization and the elimination of high-energy-consuming procedures, the base has achieved dual breakthroughs in cleaner production and efficiency enhancement.
