Recently, TW Solar Technology's Jintang Base officially passed the factory audit for the CBC National Trust Certification (hereinafter referred to as "CBC") PV module differentiated application weather resistance "National Preferred" certification. This signifies that the Jintang Base has received authoritative recognition for its production control capabilities and quality assurance system for PV modules in special application scenarios, ensuring standardized factory-level guarantees for the reliability and durability of its module products in extreme environments such as arid desert conditions.

Scene of the closing meeting
The CBC, in collaboration with the National PV Quality Inspection Center (CPVT), launched the PV module differentiated application weather resistance certification, which is China's first professional certification system tailored for emerging special application scenarios such as maritime, desert, and alpine environments. The audit was strictly conducted in accordance with standards including the CBC-R12005-2022 Implementation Rules for "National Preferred" Certification of PV Module Differentiated Application Weather Resistance and the Technical Specifications for PV Module Differentiated Application Weather Resistance Certification: Part 1 Desert Arid Environment Conditions.
The audit covered all aspects of the Jintang Base, including production equipment, process flows, quality inspection, raw material control, and personnel qualifications. Following the requirements of the certification rules and technical specifications, the audit team conducted an in‑depth verification of the base's specialized production system for PV modules designed for desert dry‑heat environments. Leveraging the digital management advantages of its 5G smart park, the Jintang Base has established a closed-loop system spanning from raw material incoming inspection, real-time production process monitoring, to comprehensive performance verification of finished products. Multiple specialized quality control checkpoints are set at each stage to ensure every module meets the application requirements of extreme environments.

Audit site
In the audit summary, the relevant head of the CBC audit team noted that the Jintang Base thoroughly implemented the technical certification specifications during production, with its production equipment precision, completeness of inspection standards, and personnel professional competence all meeting certification requirements. The factory is capable of consistently and stably producing PV modules that comply with desert arid environment demands. Passing the CBC factory audit not only lays a critical foundation for the Jintang Base's module products to obtain the "National Preferred" certification, but also means these products carry authoritative quality endorsement when entering domestic and international desert PV markets.
In the future, TW Solar Technology's Jintang Base will take this opportunity to further deepen its production and quality control efforts for PV modules designed for special scenarios. Guided by certification standards, the base will continue to enhance the power generation efficiency and service life of its products under extreme environments, consistently delivering high‑quality, highly reliable modules, thereby contributing to the high‑quality development of the photovoltaic industry and the global energy transition.
