On November 30, Liu Zhenmin, China's Special Envoy for Climate Change, and his delegation visited TW Solar for an investigation. The visit was accompanied by leaders including Tian Chengchuan, Member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Chengdu Municipal Committee and Vice Mayor of Chengdu; Liu Yong, Director of the Chengdu Municipal Bureau of Ecological Environment; Zhong Jingyuan, Secretary of the CPC Shuangliu District Committee; Yang Fan, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Shuangliu District Committee and District Mayor; and Su Wei, Member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Shuangliu District Committee and Chairman of the Shuangliu District Federation of Trade Unions. At the Tongwei PV Technology Museum, the delegation gained a systematic understanding of Tongwei's overall strength and practical achievements in industrial chain layout, upstream-downstream collaboration, and technological innovation through data displays, model demonstrations, and scenario-based content. In the visiting corridor of TW Solar's Zero-Carbon Factory, the delegation observed the intelligent manufacturing production lines and lean on-site management, with a focus on the company's practical explorations in intelligent manufacturing, energy management, and carbon reduction pathways. They also acknowledged Tongwei's phased achievements in building low-carbon factories.

During the investigation, General Manager Xu introduced Tongwei's latest achievements in digital development, quality systems, and green low-carbon operations, and exchanged views on the development trends of the PV industry against the backdrop of global climate change.
