In September, a delegation from Supply Partners and its clients embarked on a journey from Australia, crossing the ocean to visit TW Solar Technology's Yancheng base. Behind this trip lies their sustained attention and trust in Tongwei's TNC 2.0.

First Batch of TNC 2.0 Arrives, Sparking a New Encounter
This September, the first batch of Tongwei TNC 2.0 G12R-48 modules in Australia set sail from Nantong, crossing the sea for delivery to Supply Partners. The excellent performance of this initial TNC 2.0 batch not only marks a new phase of cooperation but also served as a key reason for prompting this visit to Yancheng. Supply Partners wished to go directly to the source and gain a tangible understanding of the reliability behind the product.
This also marked Supply Partners' third visit to Tongwei this year. Although the specific focus of each visit has varied, the path has consistently led in one direction—coming to Tongwei and getting closer to TNC 2.0. Through these on-site visits, Supply Partners is deepening its understanding of Tongwei's manufacturing system and quality standards. Each time, they have brought along their local Australian partners, enabling more people to witness firsthand how this trust is built and transmitted, from the factory right through to the market.

The Future Factory, Unfolding Before Their Eyes
At Yancheng Base, Supply Partners toured workshops and testing centers, with "intelligent manufacturing" leaving the most immediate impression. Rows of production lines operated quietly and efficiently, with robotic arms moving precisely and AGVs shuttling orderly through the workshop transporting materials.
"With such automation capabilities, it's no wonder the TNC 2.0 modules can guarantee such stable and consistent delivery," the guests remarked. They noted that the foundation of reliability isn't just about data and parameters, but is embedded in the high standards permeating every detail of the production process.

Client Recognition: Superior Performance Wins Trust
Supply Partners specifically highlighted that the TNC 2.0 G12R-48 modules have received positive feedback from users in the Australian residential market. "They not only demonstrate excellent power output, but more importantly, their size is suitable for rooftops, making installation convenient, while also maintaining an aesthetic appeal."
The TNC 2.0 G12R-48 module is indeed tailor-made for the Australian residential scenario: it features a lightweight design, an area of less than 2 square meters, making it compact and flexible. Like a perfectly fitted puzzle piece, it utilizes space efficiently. Simultaneously, installation is easier and requires less effort, meeting the residential market's need for quick and simple installation.
Furthermore, the all-black design of the TNC 2.0 G12R-48 module, combined with the 908 PAD-free process, results in a flat, clean module surface. Once installed, the modules blend seamlessly with the rooftop, achieving a "clean effect."
Additionally, compared to common lightweight residential module solutions on the market, the TNC 2.0 module offers enhanced reliability. While the industry typically uses 1.6mm glass, Tongwei's TNC 2.0 product utilizes 2.0mm heat-strengthened glass on both the front and back. This significantly improves the module's corrosion resistance, overall bending stiffness, and resistance to deformation. Tests show that TNC 2.0 modules have the following capabilities:
· Front load-bearing capacity of 6,000Pa;
(This is equivalent to being able to bear snow with a thickness more than twice the height of an adult. Under such circumstances, ordinary roofs would already be in great danger; however, TNC 2.0 modules can still hold firmly.)
· Wind uplift resistance of 4,000Pa (equivalent to a Force-15/Category 5 hurricane);
(This corresponds to a wind speed of about 62m/s, which is equivalent to an F1 racing car sprinting at full speed of 223km/h on the track. Such wind force is strong enough to blow off roofs.)
· Class A fire resistance level;
(This means that the roof modules meet a high-level fire protection standard. In case of a sudden fire, the modules can still maintain stable protection and reduce the spread of risks.)
This transoceanic journey, from the workshops in Yancheng to the rooftops in Australia, forges a link of trust built on collaborative exploration. For Supply Partners, TNC 2.0 represents a product they can recommend with confidence and deliver with assurance. For homeowners, these are not just specifications, but tangible guarantees of peace of mind in real-world scenarios.
As night falls and lights glow, TNC 2.0 modules blend into daily life, becoming part of the home. The fusion of high reliability and rooftop aesthetics empowers Supply Partners to extend this assurance to more Australian households.
