To thoroughly implement the CPC Central Committee and State Council's decisions on reforming industrial workforce development and support Chengdu's key initiatives like "building modern parks to fully accommodate enterprises" and "enterprise visiting, problem solving, service optimization, and development promotion," the Chengdu High-Tech Zone Federation of Trade Unions organized the 2025 Chengdu Million Employee Skills Competition (Category III). Recently, the Property Management Skills Contest was successfully conducted at Tongwei International Center. Authorized and guided by Chengdu High-Tech Zone Federation of Trade Unions, the event was hosted by Tongyu Property.

With the theme "Enhancing Skills, Promoting Craftsmanship Spirit," the contestfocused on practical property service needs, featuring two categories: engineering maintenance and fire safety, comprehensively evaluating frontline workers' theoretical knowledge and operational capabilities. Strictly adhering to the standard of 2025 Chengdu Million Employee Skills Competition (Category III), it adopted a "written test + practical assessment" evaluation system, emphasizing hands-on competence and technical standardization.

Venue

Engineering events included standardized installation of control circuits and mechanical water meters, while fire safety tasks covered protective gear donning, hydrant operation, and fire extinguisher usage demonstrations. All competition questions were closely aligned with the real-world scenarios and technological development requirements of property services, emphasizing the standardization, safety, and efficiency of operations.

The competition was open to frontline personnel from the engineering and security departments of property companies' projects within Sichuan Province. Through the approach of "learning through competition and training through competition," the event aimed to further enhance employees' professional skill levels and foster a positive atmosphere of "respecting labor and advocating skills." The rigorously standardized proceedings featured orderly organization, with qualified professionals serving as judges to ensure fairness, impartiality, and transparency.
