To address the intense competition in the photovoltaic industry and strengthen competitive advantages, Cell Factory No. 2 of TW Solar (Pengshan) Co., Ltd. initiated the Intelligent Manufacturing Phase I Centralized Control Project. On June 20, the project was successfully launched, marking a solid step forward for TW Solar in the field of intelligent production.

The project officially commenced in early February 2025. The project team comprised members from Pengshan Cell Factory No. 2, the Information Department, and Zeta Tech, with the factory director of Cell Factory No. 2 as the project leader. Upholding a commitment to excellence, the project team conducted in-depth research on requirements, explored application scenarios, and, in consideration of the project cycle and resource conditions, divided the central control project into central control modules, reverse control modules, work order modules, and promotion modules. From the construction of hardware facilities to the development and debugging of software systems, every step was meticulously planned and executed, undergoing repeated inspections and optimizations.

The successful application of the central control project has not only optimized human resource allocation and improved labor efficiency through intelligent equipment and systems but also significantly reduced labor costs. Simultaneously, the yield rate increased by 0.2%, and the OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) also increased by 0.2%, significantly improving production efficiency and product quality. In the future, the project will continue to deepen technological innovation, further improve the intelligent production system, and continuously explore new paths for intelligent manufacturing, leading the photovoltaic industry towards a more efficient and intelligent new era.
