As a core market in Central China, Hunan has accelerated the construction of a new power system in recent years, leveraging the "Rise of Central China" strategy and "dual-carbon" goals. In the first quarter of 2025, the province's new installed capacity of distributed photovoltaic power reached 1.923 million kilowatts, a year-on-year increase of over 155%, with industrial and commercial distributed generation accounting for 1.867 million kilowatts (97%). In the face of a complex and changing global industrial landscape and rapidly evolving technology, deepening industrial collaborative innovation mechanisms and building an open and integrated ecosystem are crucial. Only through broader and deeper cooperation can we effectively address challenges, seize opportunities, and accelerate the transformation and application of technological achievements.
