Greetings to you all!

On the occasion of the company's third anniversary, on behalf of the Board of Directors, I would like to extend my sincerest gratitude to all employees who have been working tirelessly on all fronts! I would also like to express my heartfelt thanks to our partners and friends from all sectors who have long supported the company's development!

Looking back at 2023, we completed the leap from "exploring the path" to "catching up" with an attitude of "taking the exam". This year witnessed united efforts at our Yancheng, Jintang, and Nantong production bases, where sweat and wisdom forged a new chapter for TW's growth. Every sleepless night and every construction site bears testament to our perseverance, forging our unbreakable team spirit.

In 2024, facing the severe test of the industry's winter, we rose to the challenge. Amid market volatility, we strengthened operations, optimized management, and enhanced cost efficiency—transforming adversity into opportunity while tempering resilience. With firm belief and tenacious will, we have jointly safeguarded the development of Tongwei.

Three years of cultivation yield abundant fruits: In terms of technological innovation, our independently developed 908 technology (0BB technology) has achieved a major breakthrough, and the comprehensive power generation efficiency has significantly improved; in terms of market development, the global module shipments have remained in the top five in the industry, and products are exported to more than 70 countries and regions; in terms of customer service, we have established stable cooperative relationships with major domestic central and state-owned power generation groups. These accomplishments stem from our relentless pursuit of quality and innovation. Quality is the lifeline of an enterprise, and innovation is the driving force of development. In the future, we will continue to deepen quality management and improve service levels, and drive the high-quality development of the enterprise with technological innovation.

Decoding TNC2.0

"The Efficiency Evolution - Why We Can 'Excel' Globally"

Empowered by four core technologies—908 Technology (Tongwei's proprietary 0BB Technology), TPE Edge Passivation, Poly Tech, and stencil printing—TNC 2.0 modules has achieved a comprehensive performance enhancement.

At the technical level, by substituting silicone adhesive for the cell pad point connections, the shading area is reduced, while the internal stress is lower. Therefore, the risk of hidden cell cracking is reduced by 30%, and the reliability of the module is better.

The TNC2.0 modules use optimized passivation materials to treat the laser-cut sides of the cell, repairing the edge defects of the cutting edge and significantly improving the cell performance.

By using a specially designed steel plate to replace the traditional silk screen, a 100% opening rate is achieved, reducing shading area by 3.3% and enhancing current collection efficiency in solar cells.

The removing of the Poly layer in non-contact areas ensures the passivation effect and contact performance are ensured, minimizes optical losses, and enhances the power output and bifaciality of the modules.

The new TNC 2.0 products have given full play to Tongwei's advantages in process and efficiency, achieved full-scenario coverage of products, significantly increased product power, reduced the CAPEX cost of the PV system, and reduced the LCoE, providing a strong guarantee for customer value. With the support of TNC 2.0 technology, the CAPEX cost of the TWMNH-66HD module (G12R-66 version) is reduced by 1.20% and the LCoE is reduced by 1.28% compared with conventional modules. The CAPEX cost of the TWMNF-66HD module (G12-66 version) is reduced by 1.26% and the LCoE is reduced by 1.31% compared with conventional modules.

On May 20, TW Solar Technology concluded its third-anniversary celebration themed "With Three Years of Steadfast Progress, Quality Illuminates a New Journey" at Nantong Base.

Xiao Shengyi, Assistant to the President of Tongwei Co., Ltd. and General Manager of TW Solar Technology, reviewed the rapid development of Tongwei Solar Technology over the past three years in his speech and looked forward to future strategic directions.
