During the two sessions, Mr. Liu Hanyuan, Deputy to the National People's Congress, Board Chairman of Tongwei Group, aimed at formulating more forward-looking renewable energy development goals, reducing the taxes and fees for photovoltaic power generation enterprises, solving the overdue subsidies problem of photovoltaic power generation , sorting out and optimizing the management methods of  photovoltaic industry ,etc.
