On September 3rd, TÜV Rheinland Germany hosted the 12th 2026 "Quality Wins China" Photovoltaic & Energy Storage Summit and the "Quality Wins China Excellence Award" Ceremony in Suzhou. Xiao Shengyi, Assistant to the President of Tongwei Co., Ltd. and General Manager of Tongwei Solar Technology, was invited to attend and received the award on behalf of the company. The assessment for the outdoor power generation category is particularly strict: participating products must undergo nearly one year of outdoor environment actual measurement, fully restoring the real operation scenarios of power stations across dimensions including irradiation variation, temperature fluctuation, weather impact and environmental erosion, and the final ranking is determined by actual power generation data. In this selection, TÜV Rheinland randomly sampled modules from Tongwei's mass-produced products and sent them to the German outdoor test site for nearly one year of actual measurement and comparison.
