On September 5, the 22nd Summer Annual Meeting of Yabuli China Entrepreneurs Forum 2026 grandly opened in Chengdu. With the theme of "Enterprise Innovation and Cycle Crossing", this annual meeting held parallel sub-forums covering Internationalization Forum, Cultural and Creative Industry Forum, Manufacturing Forum, Cutting-edge Technology Forum, New Energy Forum, and New Economy Forum. Hundreds of entrepreneurs, experts and scholars gathered together to jointly explore the all-round innovation paths for enterprise development thinking, business models, organizational capabilities and industrial collaboration. Liu Hanyuan, Chairman of the Board of Tongwei Group, Deputy to the National People's Congress and Vice Chairman of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce, attended the forum and delivered an opening speech.

Since its establishment in 2001, Yabuli Forum has always adhered to positive energy, constructiveness and creativity, and has become an important platform for entrepreneurs to exchange ideas. Based on the industrial development needs of the new era, this forum carried out in-depth discussions on core topics such as scientific and technological innovation, industrial upgrading, cycle breakthrough, cross-border integration, and high-quality development of the private economy, providing new ideas, new paths and new opportunities for enterprises to break through development bottlenecks and cross industry cycles.
During the opening speech session, Chairman Liu Hanyuan delivered a keynote speech and stated that since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, China has made world-renowned achievements in energy transition and climate governance, and has built the world's largest and fastest-growing renewable energy system. As of July this year, China's total installed power generation capacity has exceeded 4 billion kilowatts, of which photovoltaic power generation reached 1.29 billion kilowatts, historically surpassing coal power and becoming the largest power source in terms of cumulative installed capacity. The cumulative installed capacity of photovoltaic and wind power is 1.98 billion kilowatts, accounting for 48.4% of the total installed capacity, and nearly half of the global total installed capacity of photovoltaic and wind power. China has transformed from the country under the greatest global pressure of energy transition to a leader, dividend exporter and the largest beneficiary of energy transition.

Chairman Liu Hanyuan Delivering the Keynote Speech
Chairman Liu Hanyuan said that according to calculations, in the next 25-35 years, that is, to achieve carbon neutrality in China by 2050-2060, it is necessary to add 500-700 million kilowatts of new photovoltaic installed capacity every year. If the country requires, relying only on China's existing photovoltaic production capacity, the carbon neutrality target can be achieved in as fast as 10-15 years, that is, by 2035-2040. At present, China's photovoltaic, wind power and energy storage technologies are sufficiently mature, the production capacity is fully supportive, and the cost is sufficiently economical, which is enough to support a larger scale of domestic installed applications. At the same time, China's new energy overseas expansion not only fills the gaps in urgently needed energy infrastructure in many underdeveloped countries, but also helps them skip the old path of "pollute first, then govern" that human beings have followed for two to three hundred years, step into the fast track of sustainable development in one step, and promote the transformation and upgrading of the energy structure in developed countries. This green energy revolution led by China is reshaping the underlying global energy logic. It will profoundly rewrite the global geopolitical pattern in the coming decades, and bring long-term and far-reaching impacts on the global economic and social order, great power games, and the destiny of developing countries.
Chairman Liu Hanyuan said that during the 15th Five-Year Plan period, China has the conditions to further accelerate the domestic energy transition and increase the installed capacity of renewable energy, which can not only effectively build a solid national energy security barrier and help build a manufacturing power, but also eliminate excessive "involution" in quite a number of industries, effectively drive the sustained and positive development of the economy, and promote China to stand at the forefront of global climate governance. Under the general background of "the East is rising and the West is declining", this process is not only an enhancement of China's national strength, but also a blessing to the national fortune, and even an enhancement of China's global influence! The energy transition led by China will become an excellent answer sheet we submit to history and the world, and a magnificent chapter in continuing to build a community with a shared future for mankind and realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation!
