In January 2024,

Tongwei signed a module supply agreement for a PV project

with KONCAR in Croatia.

Tongwei will provide high-efficiency bifacial power generation modules

for the development and construction of the Dugopolje PV power station project

in Dugopolje, Croatia.

This project is currently

the largest planned PV power generation project in Croatia,

with a peak capacity of 13.54MW

and a grid-connected capacity of 10MW.

Once operational,

it is expected to generate 17.2 million kWh annually,

meeting the electricity needs of approximately 6,000 local households for a year.

PART.2

Europe

In June 2024,

Tongwei entered into a collaboration agreement

with AMEA Power, a renewable energy developer in the Middle East and Africa,

to invest in, develop, construct, and operate

a large-scale 140MW ground-mounted PV project in South Africa.

The project will exclusively utilize

Tongwei's N-type high-efficiency PV modules.

This project marks Tongwei's first

large-scale ground-mounted PV project in Africa

which, once connected to the grid,

is expected to meet the electricity needs of approximately 25,000 local households.

PART.5

Dorst, the Netherlands

In July 2024,

the Tongwei-supplied ground-mounted PV power station project in Doster, Netherlands

was completed.

This project is notable for being the first in Europe to utilize N-type 210 large-size modules,

all of which are Tongwei's TNC-G1266 modules.

With a total installed capacity of 13.62MW,

the project is anticipated to generate 11.92 million kWh of electricity annually,

sufficient to power 7,060 local households

and reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 11,200 tons.

PART.6

Mexico
