Tongwei Held 2008 Shareholder’s Conference

May, 26th, Tongwei’s 2008 shareholder’s Conference was held at the headquarters of Tongwei. Chairman of Tongwei Co.,Ltd., the shareholder representative, Mr. Liu Hanyuan, presided over the meeting. The conference summarized Tongwei’s overall operation and investment in the year of 2008. The shareholders at present discussed and unanimously passed eight proposals, including 2008 Work Report of the Board of Directors, 2008 Work Report of the Board of Supervisors, 2008 Profit Distribution and Public Reserve Fund Transfer Plan, Loan Guarantee for Subsidiaries Proposal. At the meeting, Mr. Liu Hanyuan made specific introduction to Solar PV Industry Prospect and Tongwei’s Development Strategy.
