Drucker’s Theory Reshapes Tongwei’s Management

February 2nd, organized by Tongwei Human Resources Department, the fifth Tongwei senior management seminar was held at Mt. EMei, with an attendance of about 120 senior executives. Focused on classical management theory of Peter Drucker - the founding father of modern management, the seminar was presided over by his pupil, Dr. Na Guoyi. Dr. Na explained and shared with the participants the essence of Drucker’s theory with previous successful cases. Held on an annual basis, the seminar of this year positively inspired Tongwei’s management with enlightening guidance.
