The Fourth Session of the 14th National People's Congress (NPC) will open in Beijing on March 5. At this year's Two Sessions, Mr. Liu Hanyuan, an NPC deputy, Vice Chairman of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce, and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Tongwei Group, will fully perform his duty as an NPC deputy to offer suggestions for governance. He will put forward reasonable proposals on including photovoltaic manufacturing in the energy industry management, optimizing tax policies for photovoltaic power generation land use, and accelerating the development of the power derivatives market.

Recently, the 2026 Sichuan Provincial Science and Technology Work Conference was grandly held in Chengdu. The conference reviewed the province's scientific and technological work during the 14th Five-Year Plan period and in 2025, and made overall plans for scientific and technological development in the 15th Five-Year Plan period and key tasks for 2026.
