From December 1 to 3, the 8th International Silicon Heterojunction Solar Cell Workshop and 1st International Perovskite Silicon Tandem Solar Cell Workshop, along with the Tandem PV Special Forum 2025, were held in Daejeon, South Korea. The event was jointly organized by SNEC, the Korea Institute of Energy Research (KIER), and the Forschungszentrum Jülich from Germany. Dr. Long Wei from the PV Technology Center of Tongwei Co., Ltd. was invited to deliver a keynote speech, showcasing Tongwei's leading achievements and industrialization strategies in heterojunction (HJT) technology to the global PV industry.

Recently, the results of the "2025 Science and Technology Award of the China Renewable Energy Society" were officially announced. Tongwei's "High-efficiency and low-cost silicon heterojunction (HJT) solar cell technology" successfully won the first prize of the Science and Technology Award after multiple rounds of rigorous reviews, thanks to its outstanding performance in technological innovation, achievement transformation, and sector leadership.

Recently, the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Jiangsu Province released the shortlist for the 2025 Jiangsu Provincial Green Factories. Following a series of procedures including enterprise application, local recommendations, expert evaluations, credit reviews, and specialized panel reviews, TW Solar Technology Nantong Base successfully made the list thanks to its outstanding capabilities in green, low-carbon, and information-driven intelligent manufacturing.

On November 27, at the "Promotion Event for Chengdu's First Batch of Industrial Tourism Innovation Scenes" jointly organized under the guidance of the Chengdu Municipal Bureau of Economy and Information Technology, the Chengdu Municipal Bureau of Culture, Radio, Television and Tourism, and the Chengdu Industrial Culture Development Center, the Tongwei PV Technology Museum was successfully selected as one of the city's first ten industrial tourism innovation scenes. Thanks to its immersive green energy experience space created through the integration of "PV + cultural tourism," the museum was awarded alongside other sites representing Chengdu's advanced manufacturing level, such as the Large Aircraft (Sichuan) Research and Study Camp and CATL "NING Space." Together, these sites highlight the innovative transformation of Chengdu's industrial tourism—from simple "visiting" to interactive "experiencing," and from traditional "manufacturing" to forward-looking "intelligent manufacturing."
