July, 20, the signing ceremony of Tongwei’s 10 million USD feed project was held in Hai Duong, Vietnam.

At the signing ceremony, general manager of Vietnam Tongwei Shen Jinzhu introduced Tongwei’s strategic industrial chain expansion, and Hai Duong’s plan of investment scale, development, and development blueprint.

Hai Duong Tongwei occupies an area of about 45 mu, and has an estimated annual production capacity of 200,000 tons. The project will start this September, and be completed and commissioned in March, 2012.
