Keynote Speech Competition and Award Ceremony

was grandly held in the Tongwei International Center.

At the ceremony,

20 teams of contestants from various divisions and subsidiaries of Tongwei

took the stage one after another

and delivered a series of impressive speeches.

They spoke eloquently, passionately,

convincingly, and powerfully,

sharing stories of Tongwei's commitment to self-improvement, lean management,

and relentless pursuit of progress.

They demonstrated the perseverance and determination of Tongwei's employees,

led by Chairman Liu Hanyuan,

to uphold the corporate culture and stay true to our original aspirations.

After a fair, impartial, and transparent evaluation process,

the winners were selected,

including one first-prize winner, three second-prize winners,

five third-prize winners, and eleven excellence award winners.
