The Foundation-laying ceremony of Tongwei Tower Project was held at the 30th anniversary of Chengdu University on December, 8th.  Mr. Guan Yawei, President of Tongwei Co., Ltd, attended the ceremony. Tongwei donated 3 million RMB to Chengdu University for rebuilding its earthquake-hit campus at Du Jiangyan City. The whole rebuilding project covers constructions of teaching buildings, labs, office buildings, dormitories, dinning halls and sports ground. It is to be completed in September, 2010.
