March, 10, reporter and anchorman from CCTV and Phoenix TV made exclusive interviews with committee member of the CPPCC Mr. Liu Hanyuan on his proposals of coupon issuance and solar photovoltaic industry development for the 2nd session of the 11th CPPCC. Mr. Liu also made proposal to bring the PV industry into the policy-making of expanding domestic demand. This proposal has been submitted and processed by the CPPCC as Democratic-construction-grade proposal.
