Recently, the first batch of Tongwei Jingjie Anti-Dust PV Modules has been fully shipped from Tongwei Solar Yancheng Base, with the total volume of the initial order exceeding 50MW. The products are now being delivered sequentially to Tongwei's core distributed strategic partners including Jiangxi Zhenye New Energy Co., Ltd. and Anhui Zhonghao Energy Power Co., Ltd., marking the official entry of this product into the large-scale commercial application stage.

From order signing to project delivery, the Jingjie Anti-Dust PV Modules have rapidly gained market recognition. Up to now, 16MW of the modules have been dispatched to projects, and the first batch of products will be deployed at a sewage treatment plant in Hebei and an industrial & commercial rooftop project in Ganzhou, covering typical high-dust scenarios such as environmental protection and manufacturing industries.

Most core application areas of China's industrial and commercial photovoltaic industry are located in monsoon zones, where high temperature, high humidity, heavy rainfall and strong winds, coupled with industrial dust, bring far more challenges to rooftop modules than just power generation efficiency. Industrial and commercial plants feature high asset value and long life cycle, while dust accumulation easily causes local hot spots, which may further induce safety risks under high temperature and high humidity conditions. Meanwhile, rooftops also face multiple tests such as rainstorm, moisture and wind uplift, continuously challenging the reliability and stability of PV modules.

Targeting high-dust industrial and commercial scenarios, the Jingjie Anti-Dust PV Modules focus on the core pain point of dust accumulation. It adopts a short A-side fully wrapped anti-dust frame design, which greatly reduces the dust and water accumulation areas easily formed on traditional frames, and minimizes shading loss and operation & maintenance burden from the source. Combined with the double-glass structure, the overall structural reliability and environmental resistance of the module are enhanced, building a full-range protection system featuring "long-term cleanliness, moisture isolation, wind uplift resistance and system fire protection".

The Jingjie Anti-Dust PV Modules have also completed the brand packaging upgrade. The new packaging with black as the main visual element strengthens the product recognition of "upholding cleanliness and safety in complex environments", and enhances brand presence in every link from transportation to delivery.
