October, 11, Tongwei’s Testing Center successfully passed the PTC-T013 Food Microbiology Proficiency Testing presented by the Inspection and Quarantine Technology Center of Liaoning Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau. The testing report shows, Tongwei Testing Center’s three items of coliform group, staphylococcus aureus, and vibrio parahaemolyticus all passed the testing. In addition, its coliform group testing got the best result in all.
There were altogether 114 laboratories took part in this testing this time. Tongwei passed CNAS proficiency testing of total bacteria count in 2008. This year, in order to improve its testing capacity, Tongwei participated in this testing again. The result is a living testimony that Tongwei’s testing ability has met testing requirements from the competent authorities.
