In recent years, the webmasters of Tongwei always meet problems on server, the maintenance of network, and the application of different kinds of software. Besides，with the development of the company, new OC communication system and material management system are introduced. To improve webmasters’ maintenance level, on Dec 9th, 2009 annual training for webmasters was held. Engineers from the headquarter of Tongwei made an explicit explanation on how to solve the frequently met problems on material management system, IP phone, network VPN, OC system, efficient use of computers, maintenance of network, operation of ERP. And they also discussed on adding and deleting information on the system of food process and other systems.
This training lasted 5 days and with the use of RTX, and telephone, the training went on efficiently and got predicted results.
