July 4 – 16, the H.R. dept. of Tongwei Co., Ltd. and Deyang Tongwei co-organizes orientation and training for reserved leadership (graduates) from Sichuan University, Southwestern University of Finance and Economics, West China University, and north china agricultural university.

The training combines basic knowledge learning with practice experience at the subsidiaries, in order to help the new staff members better understand and integrate into the company from the perspectives of corporate culture, basic system, job skills, producing products, marketing, sales and customer service.

After the training, the qualified graduates will be assigned to Tongwei’s subsidiaries all over the country for 1 to 3 years’ work and study.
