November, 9, Tonwei Group held training on corporate culture and team performance. Tongwei Co., Ltd. president Yan Hu, Chairman of the board of supervisors Chen Xingyu, Yan Baoquan, and over 200 staff members attended the training.

The training aimed at enhancing corporate culture understanding, team executive ability as well as executive performance. Simulations were offered for the trainees for interactive exercises. Finally, discussion was held on tips and suggestions on the training items. All the attendees agreed the content of learning was well received and absorbed after the training.
