December, 28, organized by China Energy Newspaper, the 2012 World’s New Energy Enterprise Top 500 released its results. Tongwei Group received the award for Enterprise with the Highest Contribution.

The awarding ceremony also released analysis report of 2012 World’s New Energy Top 500. China ranked No.1 in 2012 in new energy investment, totaling USD$36.4billion. China has become the No.1 in cell and solar water heater production and application, as well as the No.1 in wind power installed capacity. New energy enterprises are mainly located in China, Japan, Korea in Asia, Germany, Spain, France in Europe, and the U.S. in North America.
