On July 16, Tongwei TNC 3.0-G12 modules were officially put into mass production. With the dual top-tier data of the industry's highest mass-produced power of 750W and a mass production efficiency of over 24.14%, Tongwei has become the world's first enterprise to achieve mass production of high-efficiency modules in this form factor, and its products exceed the national first-level energy efficiency standard for photovoltaics.

Since the first unit rolled off the production line at the Jintang base in late May, Tongwei has quickly opened up the "golden mass production line", with yield rate and consistency reaching the top level. The TNC 3.0 technology ecosystem endows the product with capabilities such as an ultra-high bifaciality of 90%, excellent low-light power generation, outstanding hot spot protection, and shading protection. It is fully applicable to residential, industrial and commercial, and centralized power station scenarios, significantly reducing BOS cost and levelized cost of electricity, and bringing tangible incremental benefits to customers.

Since the launch of the TNC 3.0 series modules, the market response has far exceeded expectations. Orders in June have fully covered the production capacity, and some specifications require advance reservation. Tongwei is accelerating the release of its scarce production capacity, but the high-efficiency production capacity still cannot meet the demand. At present, the national photovoltaic energy efficiency standards clearly advocate high-efficiency production capacity, and the procurement of central state-owned enterprises and local state-owned enterprises also gives preference to high-efficiency products. Under the framework of the 15th Five-Year Plan, industrial provinces with strong manufacturing strength such as Zhejiang have issued documents like the "Guiding Opinions on Photovoltaic Development and Construction in the Industrial Sector of Zhejiang Province", incorporating high-efficiency production capacity into evaluation indicators. It is foreseeable that high-efficiency production capacity will build decisive competitiveness across the entire chain, covering procurement access, policy support, and project financing.
