On June 23, Meishan Municipal Party Secretary Zhang Daoping and his delegation visited Tongwei for an inspection. Liu Hanyuan, NPC Deputy, Vice Chairman of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce, and Chairman of the Board of Tongwei Group, along with Liu Shuqi, Chairman and CEO of Tongwei Co., Ltd., accompanied the delegation during the discussions.

Secretary Zhang Daoping and his delegation toured Tongwei's Global Innovation R&D Center and Group Experience Center, investigating the R&D layout across the entire photovoltaic industrial chain. During the discussions, Tongwei reported on the smart manufacturing achievements at its Meishan and Pengshan bases, as well as the construction progress of the world's first "Lighthouse Factory" in the global photovoltaic cell industry.

Chairman Liu Hanyuan expressed gratitude to the Meishan Municipal Party Committee and Government for their long-term support, and stated that Tongwei will accelerate the deployment of new photovoltaic technologies to help Meishan build a highland for the new energy industry. Secretary Zhang Daoping highly recognized Tongwei's development achievements, stating that Meishan will focus on strengthening the photovoltaic pillar industry and continuously optimize the business environment while reinforcing supporting policies.
