At the event, TÜV Rheinland, an internationally authoritative third-party testing and certification body, officially issued a full-dimension reliability certificate for Tongwei TNC 3.0 high-efficiency modules. Mr. Silvio Konrad, Member of the Board of TÜV Rheinland Asia-Pacific, personally presented the certificate, and Xue Qingsong, Vice President of Marketing at Tongwei Co., Ltd., accepted it on behalf of the company. The certification covers three major dimensions — mechanical, environmental, and electrical performance — and includes dozens of specialized tests based on IEC international standards, such as static mechanical load, thermal cycling, damp heat, PID, and LID. TNC 3.0 consistently and stably exceeded standard limit values at every stage, demonstrating particularly outstanding performance in key indicators such as hot spot resistance, low internal loss design, and long-term aging stability.

During the media and customer interaction session, addressing the industry's widespread concern about long-term module reliability, Chen Hui, Assistant to the Director of the Module Development Department at Tongwei PV Technology Center, stated that TNC 3.0 has undergone systematic upgrades in materials and processes. The power temperature coefficient has been optimized to -0.26%/°C, ensuring more stable power generation in high-temperature environments. A dual-EPE high water-resistance encapsulation scheme has been adopted, offering superior moisture and vapor corrosion resistance, making it suitable for special application scenarios such as coastal salt spray environments. Regarding the micro-cracks that commonly occur during module installation, Yuan Zhichao, Assistant to the Director of the Module Marketing Technical Support Department at Tongwei PV Business Division, noted that the individual cell area of the quarter-cut cells is only 1/2 that of conventional half-cut cells. Even if individual cells develop micro-cracks due to stepping, the crack propagation range can be effectively limited, preventing large-area failure. Meanwhile, the higher efficiency of TNC 3.0 modules increases the installed capacity per unit area, which objectively reduces the occurrence of stepping in densely laid rooftop scenarios. Regarding product reliability in the production process, Zhai Xujin, Deputy General Manager of Tongwei Solar (Yancheng) Co., Ltd., stated that Tongwei possesses full-chain integrated advantages from high-purity crystalline silicon and high-efficiency cells to high-efficiency modules, along with the smart manufacturing capabilities of the world's first lighthouse factory in the global PV cell industry. The Yancheng base is an industry-leading intelligent and automated module production base, and the fully self-controlled production system enables Tongwei modules to achieve industry-leading reliable quality.

On the day of the event, the Yancheng base's reliability laboratory and实证 power station were officially opened to the public for the first time. The media group and partners conducted on-site visits, jointly witnessing the real-world testing of TNC 3.0. At the reliability laboratory, we conducted hail resistance tests and shading obstruction tests on TNC 3.0 modules together with customer representatives. At the实证 power station, under real power generation conditions, TNC 3.0 was subjected to full-dimension empirical verification through 7-day comprehensive power generation testing, rear-side power generation, low-light response, and hot spot experiments. In a visual manner, technical parameters were translated into quantifiable real-world power generation performance, strongly confirming TNC 3.0's advantages in comprehensive power generation, per-watt power gain, and product reliability.
