At the symposium, Deputy President Zhang Shouchuan stated that Tongwei has been deeply engaged in the green energy sector, with its strategic layout highly aligned with the national "dual carbon" goals (carbon peaking and carbon neutrality) and deeply synergistic with ICBC's green finance development strategy. In recent years, the two sides have established a solid and profound foundation of cooperation, and ICBC has consistently supported Tongwei's high-quality development with comprehensive financial solutions.

Looking ahead, ICBC will continue to leverage the resource advantages of a large state-owned bank, focus on core needs such as industrial upgrading, transformation of technological achievements, and global business expansion, and provide comprehensive customized support to serve as a long-term, firm strategic partner and financial companion for Tongwei.

Chairman Liu Hanyuan extended a warm welcome to Deputy President Zhang Shouchuan and his delegation and systematically analyzed the current situation and long-term trends of the PV industry. He noted that while the PV industry is undergoing periodic adjustments and transformation pains, new energy—as a national strategic emerging industry—boasts a clear long-term growth logic and broad market space.

Against the backdrop of the global carbon neutrality goal, PV will emerge as the primary energy source of the future, with significant long-term value for the industry. Chairman Liu emphasized that Tongwei is focusing on strengthening its internal capabilities, expressing confidence in overcoming current challenges and sustaining long-term development.

He also highlighted ICBC's role as a critical financial pillar for the real economy and green industries, expressing hope that both sides will further deepen strategic cooperation, innovate the "finance + industry" synergy model, and jointly advance the healthy and orderly development of the PV industry to contribute more to the national energy transition.

Both sides agreed that the PV industry represents a core track for green development, with immense potential for bank-enterprise synergy. Moving forward, ICBC will continue to optimize its financial services, increase support for Tongwei's key businesses, and assist the company in breaking through technological bottlenecks and accelerating industrial iteration. The bank will also provide comprehensive, customized financial support for Tongwei in critical areas such as the upgrading of its entire PV industry chain and global expansion.

For its part, Tongwei will leverage its industrial strengths to deepen collaboration with ICBC, driving the efficient integration of green finance and the real economy to jointly promote the high-quality, sustainable development of the green energy industry.
