On March 27, Tongwei Group's 2026 Corporate Culture Construction and Party Building Work Launch Ceremony, themed "Refine Internal Strength and Spur Onward," was grandly held at the Tongwei International Center. The event comprehensively reviewed the achievements of corporate culture construction in 2025 and unveiled new plans for corporate culture construction and Party building work in 2026.

Over 600 people, including relevant leaders and employee contingents from the Group's and the listed company's management headquarters, as well as various sectors and companies, attended the event in person, while all Tongwei employees witnessed the ceremony via live online video streaming.

Cui Weishun, Propaganda Member of the Party Committee of Tongwei Group, Executive Deputy Team Leader of the Special Working Group for Corporate Culture Construction, and Deputy Director of the Brand Management Center, delivered a work report. He stated that over the past year, following the instructions of Chairman Liu Hanyuan, the Group's corporate culture construction work has deeply embodied the annual theme of "Steady Progress over a Long Journey, Like a Snake Traveling Thousands of Miles," with full participation and in-depth efforts across all domains.
