The Fourth Session of the 14th National People's Congress (NPC) will open in Beijing on March 5. At this year's Two Sessions, Mr. Liu Hanyuan, an NPC deputy, Vice Chairman of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce, and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Tongwei Group, will fully perform his duty as an NPC deputy to offer suggestions for governance. Subsequently, the Opinions of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on Creating a Sound Environment for the Healthy Growth of Entrepreneurs, Promoting Excellent Entrepreneurial Spirit and Giving Better Play to the Role of Entrepreneurs was officially issued, which is of great historical and practical significance for inspiring entrepreneurs' innovative spirit and protecting their legitimate rights and interests.

As the global energy situation becomes increasingly severe, especially with the continuous strengthening of China's awareness of ecological and environmental protection, Deputy Liu Hanyuan's focus has gradually expanded to the new energy field.
