On November 3, Tongwei Co., Ltd. held a strategic cooperation meeting and signing ceremony with the Sichuan Branch of China Export & Credit Insurance Corporation (Sinosure). Zhang Qin, Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of Sinosure Sichuan Branch, and Wu Junli, Member of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager, visited Tongwei for discussions and to sign the agreement. They were warmly received by Liu Shuqi, Chairwoman and CEO of Tongwei Co., Ltd., Zhou Bin, CFO, and Xue Qingsong, Vice President of Marketing.

During the meeting, Tongwei reviewed the partnership since 2009, highlighted the business development and import-export performance across its various sectors, and shared in detail the development plan for its module business and overseas market expansion strategy. Tongwei emphasized its confidence in continuously increasing the scale and proportion of its overseas business, bolstered by the strong support of Sinosure.
General Manager Zhang Qin systematically explained Sinosure's mission and role as a policy-oriented institution. He stated that Sinosure will safeguard export capital through trade credit insurance, enhance international project financing capability with project insurance, utilize its global network covering over 200 countries to provide precise credit information services for risk control, and continue to offer comprehensive support for Tongwei's global expansion. He also highlighted innovative measures to deepen cooperation, including the "Global Check" product for enhanced pre-risk control, streamlined special risk approval authority for faster response, and active promotion of the "Credit Insurance + Financing" model.
Chaiworman Liu Shuqi highly affirmed the crucial role of Sinosure's professional capabilities and policy support for enterprises 'going global'. She expressed anticipation for further deepening cooperation in areas such as export trade, overseas project financing, risk prevention and control, and market expansion. She also introduced Tongwei's optimization measures in areas like customer structure refinement, risk control system enhancement, IT process streamlining, and contract management standardization. She hopes Sinosure will continue to provide support regarding new credit lines and specialized training.

The meeting yielded substantial outcomes, culminating in the formal signing of a strategic cooperation agreement, marking the entry of the partnership into a new phase of deep integration. Key consensus was reached: Sinosure serves not only as the "brakes" for risk management but also as the "accelerator" and "navigation system" for market expansion. Both parties will jointly promote the "Credit Insurance + Financing" model to enhance project competitiveness. To ensure efficient implementation, a regular liaison mechanism was established.

Tongwei will join hands with Sinosure, leveraging financial innovation and risk management as dual engines, to continuously enhance its international competitiveness, jointly address global market challenges, and inject stronger momentum into the global development of green energy.
