On October 24, the "Zero-Carbon Mission International Climate Summit 2025," organized by Phoenix TV in collaboration with authoritative institutions such as Rocky Mountain Institute (RMI) and the World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF), was held at the Beijing Phoenix Center. This summit serves as China's most influential "pre-COP" gathering and cross-sector communication platform ahead of the United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP).

During the summit, Dr. Zhu Zihan, Chief Sustainable Development Officer of Tongwei Co., Ltd., was invited to participate in the opening roundtable dialogue titled "Co-Governance and Joint Action: Multi-stakeholder Efforts to Drive Climate Action." He emphasized the need for enhanced communication among multiple parties, advocating for a unified understanding of green and low-carbon principles to bridge cognitive gaps, implement low-carbon technologies and practices, and focus on public concerns to build a collaborative, closed-loop ecosystem for green and low-carbon co-governance. Dr. Zhu also highlighted that Tongwei's "fishery-PV integration" model creates a win-win situation for both ecology and the economy. To date, the company has developed and constructed 56 photovoltaic power stations primarily based on this model, with a cumulative grid-connected capacity of 4.79 GW. Through large-scale practical implementation, Tongwei is providing an industrial reference for synergizing climate action and a just transition.

The summit also unveiled the results of the "2025 Green Development Annual Tribute Award" selection. Recognized for its deep commitment and technological innovation in green agriculture and clean energy, Tongwei was honored with the "ESG Annual Clean Energy and Technology Innovation Pioneer" award.
