On September 11, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology concluded the public announcement for the 2025 Exemplary Smart Factory Project, with 274 factories nationwide making the list. In June this year, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, together with five other departments, launched the 2025 Smart Factory Gradient Cultivation Initiative, establishing a four-tier system (Foundational, Advanced, Exemplary, and Pioneering) for smart factory development. The Implementation Plan for the Gradient Cultivation Action of Smart Factories (2025 Edition) specifies selecting elite candidates for Exemplary Smart Factories, encouraging Advanced Intelligent Factories to promote the integrated and comprehensive optimization of all manufacturing processes, and to advance towards Exemplary Smart Factories.

Against this backdrop, Tonghe's High-Efficiency Silicon Solar Collaborative Smart Factory Project was successfully selected for the 2025 Exemplary Smart Factory list, due to its comprehensive digitalization and intelligent upgrades of core production processes. The project utilizes domestically produced core intelligent manufacturing equipment and mobile robot technology, achieving high efficiency and intelligence in the production of high-efficiency crystalline silicon solar cells, setting a new benchmark for the industry.
