· Suppliers of Category I and II must have at least 5 years of industry experience; suppliers of Category III must have at least 3 years of industry experience;

· Tongwei exclusively adopts and adheres to the principle of "prioritizing the top three enterprises in segmented sectors" as partners.

Tongwei's supply chain partners are never selected based on "sufficient quantity" but on "sufficient strength". By selecting the best among the excellent and achieving win-win cooperation between strong partners, Tongwei guarantees the quality and stability of TNC 2.0, and ensures that the raw materials of TNC 2.0 take the lead in product quality, stable supply, and technological R&D.

In addition, the introduction of suppliers and annual audits are not one-time processes that end once approved, but a set of continuously operating improvement mechanisms:

· Comprehensive evaluations of suppliers from ten dimensions;

· Annual audits and monthly/quarterly assessments;

· Adjusting procurement proportions as per supplier grades;

· Guidance to partners whose quality needs improvement;

· ESG assessment, an important criterion in supply chain management.

In terms of performance verification, Tongwei also sets a "high threshold":

· Newly introduced materials must meet double the IEC standards;

· Newly introduced materials must pass strict assessments in multiple stages, including small-scale, medium-scale and large-scale trials;

· Mass-produced materials must be accompanied by factory inspection reports and type test reports.

Even for the self-developed and self-produced battery cells (which have ranked first in global shipment volume for consecutive years), Tongwei implements the same testing standards as those for externally purchased battery cells, achieving strict quality control from the source.

Tongwei's high standards and full-link management and control are not only reflected in data, but also ultimately implemented in product reliability. Only in this way can the modules operate stably even under the test of real-world environments.

We take residential modules as an example. Compared with the common lightweight residential module solutions on the market (where the sector generally uses 1.6mm glass), Tongwei's TNC 2.0 products are subject to 2.0mm thermally strengthened glass on both the front and back sides, with more robust material selection.

This more robust material selection is not just "a little thicker", but significantly improves the corrosion resistance, overall bending stiffness and deformation resistance of the modules. It provides a more solid structural support for the entire module, greatly enhancing the safety performance of the modules under extreme weather conditions. Tests show that TNC 2.0 modules have the following capabilities:

· Front load-bearing capacity of 6,000Pa (equivalent to snow accumulation of about 4 meters); (This is equivalent to being able to bear snow with a thickness more than twice the height of an adult. Under such circumstances, ordinary roofs would already be in great danger; however, TNC 2.0 modules can still hold firmly.)

· Wind uplift resistance of 4,000Pa (equivalent to a Force-15/Category 5 hurricane); (This corresponds to a wind speed of about 62m/s, which is equivalent to an F1 racing car sprinting at full speed of 223km/h on the track. Such wind force is strong enough to blow off roofs.)

· Class A fire resistance level; (This means that the roof modules meet a high-level fire protection standard. In case of a sudden fire, the modules can still maintain stable protection and reduce the spread of risks.)

For residential owners, these are not just parameters, but reassuring guarantees in real-life scenarios.
