Deepening Green Development Foundations

Crafting a "Tongwei Model" Under Global Standards

As the first Fortune Global 500 company in the global photovoltaic industry, Tongwei has adhered to green development for 43 years, not only advancing China's ESG standards but also participating in global ESG governance, carving a distinctive "model path" in corporate ESG practices.

Centered on its core sustainability mission "Together to Win," Tongwei pioneered the 3S system (Strategy-Stewardship-Solution), integrating UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) into operations.

By integrating PV power generation with modern aquaculture, Tongwei has achieved significant benefits in economic, environmental, and social aspects. In the environmental domain, Tongwei is committed to building a green, low-carbon, and circular production system, significantly increasing the proportion of clean energy use. In terms of social responsibility, Tongwei actively engages in public welfare and charity, promotes the construction of a green supply chain, and focuses on the human rights and labor management of suppliers, managing them in a graded manner to lead the industry's collaborative development. In rural revitalization, we leverage our core agricultural and PV technologies to innovate the "fishery-PV integration" development model, driving the economic development of rural areas. In corporate governance, Tongwei Group proactively aligns with international standards, improves its sustainable development management system, and enhances its ESG decision-making capabilities.
