During June 9-10, the 12th Photovoltaic Polymers International Conference organized by Shanghai Solar Energy Society and LT.TESTPV.COM convened in Shanghai. The conference aimed to establish an offline platform for photovoltaic material enterprises to exchange technologies, markets, and policies within the industry chain, thereby promoting the healthy and orderly development of photovoltaic polymers. The cell testing laboratory ensures the stability and reliability of core power generation units, the material physical and chemical laboratory provides high-quality encapsulation for cells, and the module reliability laboratory conducts rigorous testing of products. Furthermore, the all-weather demonstration power station provides real and accurate performance evaluations. This "four-dimensional integrated" testing system provides comprehensive assurance for the quality of Tongwei products.

In addition to the testing platform, Tongwei also focuses on product design to strictly control product quality. In terms of improving the quality of mass-produced modules, Tongwei has effectively reduced the risk of glass breakage and film layer failure in mass-produced modules by optimizing the design of glass and frames, thereby enhancing frame strength. For the newly launched TNC 2.0 series, quality control begins at critical material selection stages to ensure superior reliability. For products under research and development, Tongwei focuses on solving common quality challenges in the industry and providing targeted solutions to create higher product value for customers.
