Through visits to exhibition halls and intelligent production workshops across various bases, it meets the public's demand for science education while unlocking the code to a green future.

In the wave of global energy transition, China's PV industry is developing with innovation. Yancheng Base of TW Solar Technology—the world's largest single-scale, most automated and intelligent module "super factory"—has become a vital hands-on destination for new energy science education.

Equipped with a smart exhibition hall and 5G-enabled factory tour routes, Yancheng Base offers multiple science education models including theoretical learning, on-site visits, and VR interactions, making it exceptionally valuable for industrial intelligence education. The program features seven engaging activities: watching educational videos, traversing a nature tunnel to learn module basics, experiencing 3D projection zones, exploring the "module forest," checking in at the "Tech Gateway," and touring automated workshops—blending technological innovation with "engaging and enlightening" public education needs.

At the Yancheng Base's exhibition hall, a real-time data dashboard serves as the first lesson. Through dynamic visualization systems, visitors can observe key operational metrics—equipment monitoring, energy management, quality traceability—all integrated into one smart interface, showcasing the "super factory's" intelligent management.

Intelligent Production Workshop: The Practical Textbook of Industry 4.0

Inside Yancheng Base's intelligent production workshop, nine core module production stages, including material preparation, scribing-soldering, intermediate inspection, lamination, framing, curing, cleaning/testing, and packaging, form a living "intelligent manufacturing lab."

In the production workshop, AGV robots shuttle silently, automatically completing the handling and storage of raw materials according to system instructions, realizing the automated handling of materials in the digital workshop; automated production lines such as scribing-soldering, and lamination operate precisely, efficiently, and intelligently; in the packaging process, the fully automatic packaging equipment can complete the packaging, film wrapping, and stacking of a box of modules in 2 minutes, which is smooth and flowing; the application of full-process intelligent AO detection technology realizes the information visualization management of the entire product production process. Tongwei's "intelligent manufacturing" quality control is meticulous and rigorous.

Intelligent Stereoscopic Storage: A Demonstration Sample of Smart Logistics

As the program's finale, the stereoscopic warehouse transcends storage—it's an intelligent matrix of digital elegance. Upon the completion of component product packaging, the intelligent warehousing system calculates the optimal storage location, akin to a game of Go, considering factors such as shipping dates, transportation routes, and even weather conditions. A logistics network composed of unmanned handling vehicles navigates the ground with ease, autonomously avoiding obstacles and optimizing routes through distributed computing, presenting a real-world demonstration of "smart transportation."

The Yancheng base boasts a capacity of up to 66,856 pallet positions. Through an efficient vertical transportation system, finished component products can be automatically stored in the three-dimensional warehouse, achieving automated warehousing of approximately 2,700 pallets of finished products daily. Compared to traditional ground storage methods, the intelligent three-dimensional warehouse increases space utilization by a factor of four. The impressive presentation of the Yancheng Base's warehousing space revolution allows the public to comprehensively understand the high degree of intelligence and efficiency in every aspect of Chinese manufacturing.
