On March 28, a delegation from EEN and BIESSE, leading energy providers in Italy, visited the TW Solar Technology Yancheng base. The intelligent environment captivated the visitors: AGV robots moved silently, and automated production lines operated with precision. The Yancheng base, driven by data and enabled by loT, allowed the delegation to witness the efficiency and intelligence of Tongwei's module production firsthand. "Tongwei has redefined the standards of module manufacturing with technology," a delegation member exclaimed during the visit.

"After visiting the Yancheng base last year, we were deeply impressed by its intelligent manufacturing capabilities and product quality, and we quickly reached a strategic partnership," said Giuseppe Auguadro, founder of EEN. "Because the projects we previously collaborated on performed excellently, we brought our clients to the Yancheng base this time, so that end users can experience Tongwei's strength up close."

Efficiency, reliability, and worry-free performance—the core advantages of Tongwei modules are embodied here. Under the guidance of the "5G+" digital management model, Tongwei utilizes advanced AOI visual automatic inspection systems to achieve information visualization management throughout the entire product production process. In terms of three-dimensional intelligent warehousing, the Yancheng base has as many as 66,856 pallet storage locations. Through an efficient vertical transportation system, finished modules can be automatically stored in the three-dimensional warehouse, achieving automated warehousing of 2,700 pallets of finished products daily, constructing a green, minimalist, stable, and reliable high-quality module product production network.

As the world's largest intelligent PV module production base, TW Solar Technology Yancheng Base has achieved seamless integration of the production process, significantly improving production efficiency and ensuring the stability, consistency, and timely delivery of product quality. "This is not only about efficiency, but also a commitment to supply chain security," Giuseppe emphasized.

As the market's demand for high-efficiency modules grows, maximizing the benefits of power stations for investors has become a key focus of the industry. Tongwei, with its TNC 2.0, fully taps the advantages of TOPCon. In terms of technology research and development, Tongwei TOPCon bifacial modules have achieved a breakthrough of 88%+ bifaciality (TÜV Rheinland, CGC certification).
