On February 18, Sheng Hetai, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of China Export & Credit Insurance Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "Sinosure"), led a delegation to visit Tongwei Co., Ltd. for an exchange. He was accompanied by Chen Xin, Head of the Organization Department of the Party Committee and General Manager of the Human Resources Department of Sinosure, Lu Aijun, General Manager of the Legal and Compliance Department of Sinosure, Zhang Qin, Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of Sinosure Sichuan Branch, and Wu Junli, Member of the Party Committee and General Manager Assistant of Sinosure Sichuan Branch. The delegation was warmly received by Liu Shuqi, Chairwoman and CEO of Tongwei Co., Ltd., Zhou Bin, CFO of Tongwei Co., Ltd., Xue Qingsong, Deputy General Manager of Cell Marketing and Module Marketing in the PV Business Department of Tongwei Co., Ltd., and Gan Lu, Head of the Finance Department of Tongwei Co., Ltd. Both parties engaged in discussions on deepening strategic cooperation.

Mr. Sheng and his delegation first visited the Group Experience Center, gaining a comprehensive understanding of Tongwei's development journey over the past four decades and its progress in the green agriculture and green energy industries. They highly commended Tongwei's high-quality development in its two main business sectors and praised its outstanding contributions to global green energy development.

During the symposium, Mr. Gan introduced the development of Tongwei's various business segments, its import and export operations, the history of cooperation with Sinosure, and future prospects. Mr. Xue shared the development history and plans for Tongwei's module business, and expressed the hope to continuously expand the scale and proportion of overseas business with the strong support of Sinosure.

Mr. Sheng engaged in in-depth discussions on key issues of concern to the company, including integrated insurance for Tongwei's PV, agriculture, and animal husbandry sectors, industry risk prevention and control, related diversified business development, and next steps for cooperation. He stated that as China's only policy-oriented insurance institution, Sinosure will resolutely implement the decisions and deployments of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council, fully fulfill its policy functions, and leverage its advantages in credit risk management, multi-product services, and credit capabilities to assist Tongwei in market expansion. Sinosure will continue to deepen its comprehensive strategic cooperation with Tongwei, providing solid support for Tongwei's global strategic development.

Ms. Liu reviewed the development history of Tongwei's PV industry chain and emphasized that, against the backdrop of global energy transition, Tongwei has driven the progress and development of the PV industry through continuous technological innovation. Currently, Tongwei has established a comprehensive sales and service network, and Sinosure's professional capabilities and policy support are key enablers for Tongwei's "going global" strategy. She expressed the hope to further deepen cooperation with Sinosure in areas such as export trade, overseas project financing, risk prevention and control, and market expansion, jointly promoting a more favorable position for China's new energy industry in global competition and helping Chinese enterprises achieve greater breakthroughs and development on the international stage.
