The list of headquarters enterprises in Sichuan was officially announced on January 7, 2024. A total of 97 enterprises were selected. This is the first time Sichuan has identified headquarters enterprises at the provincial level, marking an important step in promoting the concentrated development of the headquarters economy. After strict evaluation and publicity, Tongwei was included in the list of headquarters enterprises.

Tongwei is identified as the headquarters enterprise in Sichuan

The identification, led by the Sichuan Provincial Commission of Development and Reform, the Sichuan Provincial Department of Economy and Information, the Science and Technology Department of Sichuan Province, the Sichuan Provincial Administration for Market Regulation, the Sichuan Provincial Bureau of Economic Cooperation and other departments, was carried out according to the Standards and Work Guidelines on Identification of Headquarters Enterprises in Sichuan Province. These Guidelines define the headquarters enterprises and specify their identification conditions and classification criteria, to ensure justice, fairness and transparency in the identification process. This identified list of headquarters enterprises not only shows the achievements of Sichuan in the development of the headquarters economy but also injects new vitality into future economic development.

The 97 companies included in the list cover three categories: all-round, functional and growth enterprises, of which all-round headquarters enterprises are the most important part, with 51 enterprises selected. These enterprises have control over their investment enterprises and branches and exercise management and service functions, with their operating income, total assets, employees and other indicators meeting the identification standards of large-scale enterprises. With the steady development trend and competitive strength, Tongwei is listed as an all-around headquarters enterprise.
