From January 2 to 4, Guan Yamei, Chairman of Tongwei Group, led the management team of Chengdu Care Pet Food Co., Ltd. ("Care") to visit Petideal Pet Food (Luohe) Co., Ltd. ("Petideal" or "Petideal Pet Food"), Shandong Unitech Biotechnology Co., Ltd. ("Unitech"), and Shandong Hanou Biotechnology Co., Ltd. ("Hanou" or "Hanou Biotechnology", a subsidiary of Seek Pet Co., Ltd.) for survey and exchange. The accompanying personnel included Huang Gen, Head of the Financial Department of Tongwei Group; You Lei, General Manager, and Yang Honghai, Deputy General Manager of Chengdu Care Pet Food Co., Ltd.; and Zhang Fengping, Deputy General Manager of Sichuan Willtest Technology Co., Ltd.

A visit to Petideal Pet Food by Ms. Guan Yamei to learn about relevant products

The delegation led by Ms. Guan Yamei visited the production workshop and product exhibition area in the Phase-I Factory of Petideal Pet Food in Luohe, Henan to gain a deeper understanding of Petideal Pet Food's advanced processes and technologies in production and manufacturing. At the symposium, Ms. Guan Yamei conducted in-depth exchanges and discussed future cooperation with An Zhongping, Chairman of Petideal Pet Food, and its other senior executives. Mr. An Zhongping expected that they would work together with Care, an important partner of Petideal, in product development, R&D, and production in the future. Ms. Guan Yamei also stated that Petideal is a national high-tech enterprise specializing in mid-to-high-end pet food, as well as one of the leading enterprises dominating the domestic pet food industry, which serves over 100 global brand enterprises. She hoped to further expand the potential for cooperation with Petideal in the future and embrace the new development of pet food.

Accompanied by Hu Fanli, Chairman of Unitech, Ms. Guan Yamei and her delegation also visited the production workshop, product exhibition hall, and R&D center of Shandong Unitech Biotechnology Co., Ltd. Ms. Guan Yamei highly recognized Unitech's production workshop and products. In her opinion, Unitech is a national high-tech enterprise, a leading agricultural industrialization enterprise in Shandong Province, a standout in the field of animal-derived protein feed, and even a high-quality cooperative supplier of Tongwei. She hoped that both sides could leverage their respective advantages and further deepen their cooperation for mutual benefits and win-win results.

At Shandong Hanou Biotechnology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Seek Pet Co., Ltd., the delegation led by Ms. Guan Yamei visited the Taimeng Testing Center and Taimeng Diamond Factory together with Yuan Fang, Founder and Chairman of Seek Pet Co., Ltd., and Zuo Yanfeng, General Manager of Hanou Biotechnology.

At the symposium, Mr. Yuan Fang stated that as a representative of Chinese national pet food brands, Care has rich industry experience and an excellent level of lean manufacturing. He expected that Seek and Care would explore various possibilities of cooperation in the future and join hands to embark on a new journey in pet food.

As Ms. Guan Yamei said, Seek Pet Co., Ltd. has multiple well-known pet food companies in the industry. Among them, Hanou is a modernized pet food enterprise integrating formula R&D, production, OEM processing agency, and sales, which boasts a number of food-grade factories with leading production capacity and thus takes a leading position in the supply chain and R&D. She hoped that the two sides would carry out in-depth communication and further explore the possibility of strategic cooperation.
