At 9:58 on Nov. 21st, Lianyungang Tongwei Construction Project begins. It is expected that Lianyungang Tongwei Construction Project will last from late November, 2009 to mid-May, 2010.

Lianyungang Tongwei will have 2 production lines with designed production capacity of 240,000 tons per year, which will not meet production bottleneck in the following 5 years.
