February 26, Yongxiang Polysilicon Company was identified as the second Intellectual Property pilot enterprises in Sichuan, and obtained the certificate.

In 2008, Yongxiang was granted IPR pilot enterprise of Leshan by Leshan municipal Intellectual Property Office. This year, it was recommended and nominated to be the provincial IPR pilot enterprise, and was finally confirmed as the pilot enterprise with another 11 candidates. 

Yongxiang has been attached great importance to its IPR protection, and has been vigorously promoted independent innovation. Up to 2010, it has applied for 35 patents and received 26 patent certificates.
